Challenge: An SME was operating a manual, spreadsheet-dependent process that created inefficiencies and limited scalability, compounded by an organisational culture resistant to innovation and change.

Approach Cross-functional employee interviews to map end-to-end process at a detailed and high-level, identifying efficiency gains, improvement projects, and AI/automation opportunities. Delivered AI training sessions and guided tool selection. Facilitated cultural workshop to assess current state and define path toward innovation-enabling culture.

Outcomes

• Mapped the complete process, revealing 12 efficiency opportunities
