By the end of this workshop, you’ll understand the buzzwords in AI and automation and have an overview of how AI works at the back-end to make the most of it in your business. We’ll show you the basics of prompt design and engineering, getting started with CustomGPTs, Gemini Gems, CoPilot Studio and Claude Projects.
