What we collect

When you use the Validation Toolkit, we store your conversation sessions, any information you share about your business, and the email address you provide. This is necessary to deliver the service and review output quality during the beta period.

Why we store it

We are a small team manually reviewing outputs to ensure the quality of responses meets the standard we expect before a full launch. Your sessions help us identify where the tool performs well and where it needs improvement. We do not use your data to train AI models.

Where it is stored

Session data is stored in Notion, a third-party tool we use for internal operations. Notion's privacy policy is available at notion.so/privacy. Conversation processing is handled via Relevance AI (relevanceai.com) under their standard data processing terms.

How long we keep it

All data collected during the beta period will be deleted at the end of the test, which we expect to conclude by [DATE]. You can request deletion at any time before then.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you have the right to access, correct, or delete your data at any time. To exercise any of these rights, or if you have any concerns, contact us at support@sharp-insight.co.uk. Sharp Insight Ltd is registered as a data controller with the ICO.
